This 100% hands on class it is about twice time cooking than Any other class in oaxaca city!
Our class will be in Espanish English
We are open 365 days a year!
Min 2 people max 6 people in one class!
We are 10 min walk from centro historico!
Esperanza the teacher is a third generation traditional cook not a chef!
Regular price- $1,500 pesos per person!- IF there are 3 or more people in the class the cost is $1.400 pesos per person!
Deposit is not nesesary we prefer to trust the word of good people!

11am to 12noon =Tour to the main markets to buy some ingredients -= About one hour!
12noon to 4:30pm= Cooking time and eating time about 4:30 hrs
Drinks- soft drinks and botles of water Also on the house mezcal tasting!
After you guys meet Esperanza before going to the markets she will offer you diferent menus you can choose to cook in the class!
NOTE- entering our ktchen requires going up spiral stares, cud be dificult for people with moviity issues very lurch people also for very old people!
For any reason to cancel your class or cancel one spot please let me know at least 18 hrs before the class or if you cancel your class few hours before we will spect you will pay $1,000 pesos per person!
NOTE.... We will not send you the recipies by email. becouse at the end of the class you will take the recipies with you and it will be your 5 hours sperience i
